RF Test Technician (First Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Testing and troubleshooting of RF power amplifiers at transistor level (Hybrid Microwave
- Integrated Circuits.)
- Integrating RF transmitter/Receiver subsystems (PA,LNAs, T/R Switches and power supplies)
Education:
- 2 year associates degree in electronics or equiv.
- RF Electronics: 1 year
Skills / Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast paces multi-cultural environment.
- Detailed and critical thinking to trouble shoot circuit related problems.
- Clear understanding of basic circuits elements and its operating principle
- Resistor, capacitor and inductors
- Basic operating principle of NPN,PNP and FET type transistors and biasing schemes
- Operational amplifier based circuit blocks (inverting, non-inverting, summing, etc.)
- Digital logic circuits (AND, OR, XOR, etc.)
- AC to DC and DC to DC converters.
- Able to read and understand simple circuit schematics
- Able to work in a team or independently if necessary.
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Keep track of documentation to meet quality standard
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge in using basic laboratory equipment
- Multi-meter, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzer and Network Analyzer
- Familiar with S-Parameter measurement and understanding
- Work with surface mount and chip and wire based components under microscope
- Certificates to work with surface mount components

Assembler Aerospace (several openings) (First Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Assembly of microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly, the use of a microscope and adherence to cleanroom procedures.
- Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to position, solder and clean components.
- Solder components such as DC and RF pins, components, and boards into mechanical housings
- Inspect electronics components and assemblies to ensure adherence to specified requirements.
- Check final assembly for finish, labelling and packaging method. Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Good hand eye coordination and ability to use a microscope.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast paces multi-cultural environment.
- Able to work in a team or independently if necessary.

Quality Assurance Operator (First Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Final QA and in-process QA inspection of assemblies, wiring harnesses, and modules
- Perform First Article inspections, receiving and final inspections, in-process inspection including completion of documentation.
- Documentation of rejects, initiating reports if required
- Verify configuration control of drawings and work orders
- Assembly and testing of electronic assemblies
- Soldering, cleaning and degreasing of assemblies
- Receiving and shipping clerk functions
- Takes an active role in supporting the AS9100 Quality Management System
- Other duties as required to comply with the AS9100 Quality Management System
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Skills / Requirements:
